Tabernacle

In the Bible, the Tabernacle was a tent used to keep the Ark of the Covenant during the Exodus. It is described in Exodus 26. It is also used as the name for a meeting place by some Protestant denominations. In Catholicism, it describes the object where the reserved sacrament or consecreted bread may be kept.
