Dwight Lyman Moody, also known as D.L. Moody (Feb 5, 1837 - Dec 29 ,1899) was a Christian preacher and evangelist. He founded the Northfield Schools in Massachusetts, Moody Church and Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, and the Colportage Association.
